Connect with your attendees on a personal level with wellness and encourage consistent engagement at or in your event.

EvConFitness has certified fitness and wellness instructors in Zumba, Yoga, Boot Camp, Pilates, Water Aerobics, Meditation, Line Dancing and more. These instructors pre and post Covid will come to your event and lead up to a 1-hr session and can record or provide live online classes specific for your virtual event attendees. Our classes, whether in person or online are also covered by liability insurance, just one more thing for you to not have to worry about while all the plates for planning an event are already full . If you have other types of classes in mind you want to explore, EvConFitness is ready to get creative with you too!

To date, EvConFITNESS has made the connection to wellness at events, both online and virtually, with the following classes:

Bootcamp:

Boot Camp programs are designed to build strength and fitness through a variety of intense group intervals over a 1-hour period. It is highly recommended that boot camp classes take place outside. Conference organizers are encouraged to provide an open grassy space near the main conference location for ease of accessibility to attendees. Boot Camp can be taught without equipment.

Line Dancing

Instructor leads attendees in a group lesson on coordinated dances to popular music, best used on the dance floor at post event wrap up parties, or to prepare for them when everyone is back together again!

HIIT – High Intensity Interval Training:

High-intensity interval training (HIIT), can be done by anyone (a long range of ages and/or body types) using mainly of bodyweight resistance. Some of the benefits will help give people a reason to try it instead of thinking that they are not ready for this type of workout. Some people just think HIIT is for crazy people or for athletes. We clear that myth up

Mat Pilates:

Done on the floor using an exercise or yoga mat, which employs controlled breathing during body weight resisted movement to build core strength.

Yoga:

Yoga classes consist of poses which stretch the body and mind. Each style of yoga taught is different based on the individual teacher’s training. Each event can request a class be taught with music or lead with an intention to match your event. Yoga mats are not required but helpful in the practice. EvConFITNESS has yoga mats available for rent or purchase. Types of Yoga provided by ECF to date: powerful flow yoga, chair yoga, yin yoga, and Buti yoga.

Water Aerobics/ Water Zumba:

These classes have been perfect for those looking to make a splash by adding a low-impact, high-energy aquatic exercise to their fitness routine. Aqua Zumba® blends the Zumba® philosophy with water resistance, for one pool party you shouldn’t miss!

Zumba:

Zumba® is an aerobic fitness program featuring movements inspired by various styles of Latin American dance and performed primarily to Latin American dance music. The instructor provides music and the conference host provides a sound system.
